HEARTACHE

Broken Heart 3
Heartache and pain is never easy.  I honestly feel that we need to love ourselves first. Your true love should be YOU.   We as individuals want to be involved in healthy relationships with someone who will love and respect  us just as much as we do.

When a person truly loves you, they will not do anything that will tear you down, devastate or destroy you.  They may do things that may irritate you, might even hurt your feelings,  but nothing that will make you feel that your heart has been ripped out and can no longer exist in this world.  Trust and believe when your "loved" one knows that they have indeed hurt you, they will tirelessly do whatever they can to make it up to you.

However, one should not continue to hold on to their hurt.  Whether it's in the past or current.
One must learn to let go of the hurt.  Let go of the damaged relationship. LET IT GO!  Is it easy?  Of course not!   FORGIVE yourself.   Release It.  Begin to heal.  Holding on to the hurt keeps one in a stagnate state.  This blocks good things from manifesting into ones life.

We all deserve happiness.

FORGIVENESS

Forgiveness.  For most of us, this is something that is very difficult to do.  Of course it may seem easy, you simply open your mouth and utter the words, "I forgive you", but do you truly mean it?  I mean, can you honestly say that you forgive this person?  Can you forgive your spouse for cheating?  Can you forgive your friend from stealing from you? People always tell you that in order for you to move on with your life, you should forgive the person who has wronged you.

On numerous occasions I have heard people state that in order for you to move forward that it is in your best interest to forgive the individual that has betrayed you, who has wronged you or caused your life to be a living hell.  I don't know about that.  And to that I say why?  Why should you forgive those whom have hurt you so deeply that it actually feels as though a knife was stabbed through your heart?  For some,  it's hard to forgive.  Let's face it, there are some individuals that you honestly forgive and they treat your act of forgiveness like a joke.  They repeat the offense over and over again.  Really, how much can a person constantly forgive another.  However, for those of you who can honestly and truly forgive someone, I say kudos to you.  For that is truly a blessing.  The ability to absolutely forgive someone and actually mean it.

For the most part, I don't believe in forgiveness.  Of course this depends on the circumstance.  If someone bumps into me, of course I will forgive them.  Like most, it's the big issues that I have trouble with forgiveness.  That's why I don't say it.  I know many will proclaim that the Lord will want you to forgive.  That you should not keep your anger bottled up until it consumes you.  I agree with that. However, I am sure that the Lord doesn't want me to look the person in the eye and utter the lie of forgiveness.  He would want me to be truthful.  He wants us to be truthful.  So why should we say we forgive someone when we really don't mean it.

I have been listening in on various conversations and hear people give the advice to forgive.  Forgive that person so the issue will no longer consume you, they say.  Forgive that person and you will feel better.  Says who?  It's true that sometimes you become so angry at the person who has wronged you  or caused you distress that you actually do become bitter, stuck and you cannot progress and move forward.  This is something that we don't want.  We all deserve some form of happiness in our lives.  That's why I advise people to let go and move on.  RELEASE IT.  This of course takes time.  It doesn't happen overnight.

I wholeheartedly don't advise or believe in telling someone to utter the words of forgiveness UNLESS they can boast that they mean it.  Forgiving a person doesn't release you from the situation.  You have to release yourself from it.  I do believe that we should forgive ourselves.  We should and must find away to let go and release the anger or hurt that the individual has caused us.  By merely telling someone that you forgive them does not release your anger, your heart, your feeling.  Just because an individual has caused you much pain (example, a spouse), doesn't mean that you don't love them.  Nor does it mean you have to forgive them right away, if ever.  However, you need to get to a place in your life where you can accept what has happened and move forward.  With that being said, we should not allow or continue to allow people to walk over us and assume that we will constantly forgive them.

We, as an individual have to take it basically one day at a time.  Focus, pray, and meditate.  Release and let go of the situation and move forward.  You owe it to yourself to move forward and progress.

UNCROSSING

At least once a month we need to spiritual cleanse our bodies.  I know this may seem intimidating but in actuality it is not. We need to cleanse and remove the negative energies from our bodies so that we can attract positive energies.

There are times in our lives when nothing seems to go right for us.  Everything that can go wrong seems to do just that, go wrong! You want to scream. Things become chaotic.  No matter how hard we try or attempt at meditation or prayer, nothing seems to resolve the situation.

When this occurs, we simply need to take a pause.  Try to relax and run a beautiful bath. We need to remove or uncross the negative condition which is causing the problems.  A simple recipe for an uncrossing bath consist of regular cooking salt and a good old lemon.  Take the lemon cut into three slices.  Use approximately one cup of salt.  Put both of these into your bath water and pray.

A good psalm to read is psalm 37.  If you can get hold of an uncrossing candle, you can light it and pray.  Have faith.  Give it about three days to a week and you will  notice that your situation has improved.

Cleansing with Salt

Hello, Everyone!  Welcome to my very first blog..ever!

Today, I will be blogging about spiritual cleansings.  Ok?  If you are feeling like things are a little off and you are faced with negative energies and you are not sure what to do.  Here is a simple bath for you.  Are you ready?  Go to your kitchen cabinet and grab some salt.  That's it.  Really!  At least, it's a start.  Run yourself some warm water and put about a cup of salt into the tub.  Bathe yourself and pray that all negative energies be removed from your body. If you're into psalms, read the 23rd psalm as well.

FAITH

Everyone does not have it as easy as the next person.  You may be scrapped for cash and have no where to turn for help.  You may be experiencing problems at work, a difficult boss, co - workers or hostile work environment.  Or perhaps, a difficult time at home.  Life is NOT easy!  We all have our "problems" to deal with. Try not to let your situation get you down.  Again, I said, TRY not to let your situation get the best of you.  I realize this is easier said than done.  I get it,  honestly I do!  Have FAITH.  Have faith that things in your life will get better and improve.  Try not to dwell on the negative, but focus on the positive.  For example, what changes do you need to make?  What can you do to bring a positive outcome into your life?  Hold on.  Have faith.  YOU ARE WORTH IT!! A little prayer never hurts.
